Create a Stripe Express Account
TELL a STORY
TELLaSTORY uses Stripe Payments as a payment processing platform. Stripe is a payments processor that allows you to receive pay-outs and have them settled into your bank account.
The process for setting up a Stripe Express Account usually takes around 5 - 10 minutes. Setting up an Express Account is an essential part of being able to generate revenue for your commercialised content.
Before you get started to create your EXPRESS Account, please prepare:

Bank details
- Account name— The account name must be the same as registered with your bank
- Account number including clearing codes and SWIFT or IBAN
- Bank Currency
- Address (A physical location in that country at which you can receive mail - P.O. box is not accepted)
- Decide on which industry category you classify into
- Website / webpage link - A working website that shows what your business sells or what services you provide. If you don’t have your own website, it is fine to describe your product. For information visit FAQ: https://support.stripe.com/questions/do-i-need-a-website-to-use-stripe
- An email address
- Your mobile phone number – will be used for 2FA (two factor authentication and verification)
- A tax ID number (private or business)
- Birth date details. In case validation is requested, a government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver's license, from any country
Stripe Express Account entry page are localised. Therefore, the requested mandatory details that are defaulted will differ from country to country.
The pay-out amount sent to your Bank account will be net remining after the TELLaSTORY platform charges (as displayed on the Marketplace).
